TERMINATION: Her Digital Life reserves the right to terminate this license agreement if you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using our digital products and delete any copies of the digital products in your possession.:

 

REFUNDS: All sales of this product are final. Refunds will not be granted for any reason.

LIABILITY: The seller shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
